Everyone has a choice to make today…
- You can choose to live for yourself, or
- You can choose to die to self and live for Jesus.
Everyone is in one of these two camps.
The word “die” is not negative here! Jesus speaks about this in John 12:2-25 (NIV), “Jesus replied, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.” Just like a grain of wheat must die in order to bear many fruit, we must die to ourselves and live for Jesus in order to spread the Gospel and bear fruit for His kingdom.
